Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We must receive your item within 30 days of your product being delivered to be eligible for a refund. This policy is firm.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For Products:
- GLANCE LED: Returns will be accepted in non-original packaging as long as it arrives safely to the facility
- GLANCE Scroll: MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Due to the high damage rate, we invested heavily on getting the unit to you safely. If you would like to return the unit, it must be in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for both the return shipping costs and shipping costs from the original order unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us before returning any package! We're reasonable people and we hope you are too! Contact us if you have any issues and we'll do our best to help you out!
We do not provide returns for the XL large panel as those are custom made! Please reach out to us prior if you have any questions.

Warranty
- Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall GLANCE be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the replacement or repair of defective parts as described herein
- Exclusions from Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, accidents, exposure to extreme environmental conditions, or unauthorized repair attempts. Any such action voids the warranty
- Shipping Costs: GLANCE will not reimburse or cover return shipping fees once the warranty has expired.
- Florida Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under this warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
- Final Determination made by GLANCE: All determinations of product defects and appropriate remedies (repair or replacement parts) are made solely at the discretion of GLANCE after review and diagnostics.
We offer an industry standard 90-day warranty on all hardware products. For GLANCE LED, this most likely initiates a replacement unit. If GLANCE SCROLL you are responsible for most repairs after receiving new hardware due to the size of the products.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will provide a shipping label, assess the damage, and promptly send a replacement unit to make things right.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be canceled. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery, so we are unable to make any changes or cancellations after submission. If you wish to request a refund, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how to proceed. All orders are considered final once placed.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Custom Cost and Declaration
We would like to inform you of our customs policy in relation to your recent purchase with us. At GLANCE (Passive income consulting LLC), we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience, which includes ensuring that any potential customs costs are dealt with in a fair and transparent manner.
As such, we would like to make it clear that GLANCE (Passive income consulting LLC) is responsible for covering up to $25 USD or the relevant currency in customs cost for your purchase. However, it is important to note that any customs costs exceeding this amount will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
We would like to highlight that due to the variations in customs policies and regulations across different countries, it is not possible for us to accurately determine the customs cost for every location. Therefore, as a standard practice, we assume a customs cost of $25 and any additional fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
International Returns
We do not do international returns unless for very extreme circumstances. Please reach out if you would like to start a return process and we will see what we can do.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellation of Orders
A 3% cancellation fee will be applied to all orders for GLANCE SCROLL or LED packages. By requesting a cancellation, you acknowledge that this fee will be deducted from your refunded amount.
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your cancellation request. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to fully post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at help@glance-led.com.
Promotional & Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) Items

For purchases made as part of a promotional offer or Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) deal, all items received as part of the promotion must be returned together and in their original, condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will only be processed after both (or all) promotional items are received and inspected by our team.

If only one item from the promotion is returned, or if any of the items show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original packaging, a refund will not be issued.
