How Do I Get Started?

GLANCE's were designed to be as easy to set up as possible.

Or follow the steps below

  1. Plug in and connect GLANCE to your Wi-Fi.
  2. Go to glancesetup.com on any mobile device or desktop, and enter your device’s MAC address (printed on the panel and shown on the startup display)
  3. Choose up to 16 assets or live sport games you want GLANCE to track and press update!

That's it! GLANCE will seamlessly transition between your selected assets!

What are GLANCES Features?

GLANCE is a LED TICKER designed to show you your data how you want it.

GLANCE tracks game action for:

🏈 32 NFL Teams
🏃‍♂️ 125 CFB Teams

* Active Game Feature: A display option that cycles through all live games for the selected sport. (i.e, "Active NFL Game Selection shows all live NFL games. If there are no active games, GLANCE will display the count downs & the final scores of the games that will be or have already been played for that week)

GLANCE tracks prices for Stocks, Digital Currency, and Digital Token floor prices
* Top 16 Gainer and Loser Selection: A display option that cycles through the top 16 gainers or losers for the day.

Is GLANCE subscription free?

Yes! GLANCE is and ALWAYS will be subscription free. Your initial payment covers the prices of the premium APIs we use to support GLANCE.

GLANCE only pulls the latested pricing data from the following industry-leading premium APIs:

For all Sports we use ➔ Multiple Premium Sources

For all Digital Currencies we use ➔ CoinGecko

For all Digital Art we use ➔  OpenSea

For all FOREX we use ➔  TradingView

How Accurate are the Prices Shown by GLANCE?

GLANCE's prices are accurate up to the minute. 

How Fast Does GLANCE Change Screens?

GLANCE will transition between every asset chosen every 3 seconds!

Where does GLANCE Source its Materials?

GLANCE was designed with "SLEEK" in mind. 

  • All enclosures are custom 3D printed using high-quality thermoplastic ABS.
  • All panels are completely handmade in the USA by our skilled team of engineers.
  • LED panels are sourced from high-quality suppliers, such as adafruit.com.

What are GLANCE's Power Requirements?

Our standard-issue power cable is 2 prong 120V/240V (provided with purchase). 

How do I get product support?

At GLANCE, we're here to help you with any setup issues you may have. Our customer support team boasts an average response time of less than 5 minutes since the inception of our product. We take pride in our product and aim to make sure you love it as much as we do.

Ordering and Delivery

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions worldwide! 

How much is shipping?

We provide free shipping in the USA and a flat $55 shipping for our international customers. 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at admin@glance-led.com just in case there was a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox, spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

When will my order arrive?

Most customers received GLANCE within 1 week of purchase (domestic) and 2 weeks (internationally). Sometimes supply lead times cause delayed shipments, but customers are informed throughout the process.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. 

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via admin@glance-led.com. Providing the return is within the 30-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via admin@glance-led.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
